While we recognize that the payment of insurance claims is the fundamental and most important function of an insurance companies, improper non-payments occurred in connection with our third sector products and administrative actions were issued against them under the Insurance Business Law. This seriously damaged our customers' trust in us and caused considerable trouble to the parties involved.
