On May 31, 2007, Millea Holdings, Inc. ("Millea Holdings") submitted a Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding the Summary of Consolidated Business Results of Millea Holdings, Inc. under Japanese GAAP for the Year Ended March 31, 2007 (the "previous submission"). Millea Holdings hereby amends certain parts of the previous submission as indicated below.
