Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") announced that its board of directors resolved the proposed personnel change described below following the board of directors' receipt of a report from the Tokio Marine Group nomination committee, which serves as an advisory body to the board of directors.


The change below is expected to take effect on July 1, 2010.


1. Candidate for director

          New Position:      Managing Director (*)
          Current Position: Managing Director,
                                      Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd.
                                      (“Tokio Marine & Nichido”)

Note: To concurrently serve as the Managing Director of Tokio Marine & Nichido.
