Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. ("Tokio Marine & Nichido"), a subsidiary of Millea Holdings, Inc., has posted on its website information relating to the measures taken by Tokio Marine & Nichido concerning its failure to pay insurance claims on incidental expenses.
We deeply regret that such problem was identified in our subsidiary and we extend our sincere apology to all persons and parties concerned.
