Shinko Securities Co., Ltd. ("Shinko Securities", President: Takashi Kusama) and Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. ("Tokio Marine & Nichido",President: Kunio Ishihara) have agreed to enter into a business collaboration primarily in the areas of financial products development and sales.
１．Under the business collaboration, Shinko Securities and Tokio Marine & Nichido will jointly provide innovative products and services that meet the diversifying customer needs, making the best possible use of each company's expertise. Through this collaboration, the companies intend to expand and strengthen their customer base and increase their profitability.
２．Shinko Securities and Tokio Marine & Nichido, along with their group companies will also collaborate in developing and selling financial products such as investment trusts and annuity products.
３．Tokio Marine & Nichido will acquire approximately 3% of total issued shares of Shinko Securities.
