We are pleased to announce a name change from the current Millea Holdings, Inc. to Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc., with approval from the shareholders at the 6th annual shareholder’s meeting which was held today.
The name change will take effect as of 1st July, 2008 subject to the amendment of the articles of incorporation.
