On November 19, 2010, the board of directors of Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") resolved to pay interim dividend of the Company's 9th fiscal year (April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011) as described below.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Company's Article of Incorporation, the Company will pay interim dividend to its shareholders or the registered pledgees on shares appearing on the register of shareholders, including those recorded by electronic means, as of the close of business on September 30, 2010 as follows.

1. The amount of interim dividend
    25 yen per share.

2. Effective date and starting date of payment
    Tuesday, December 7, 2010.
